In a hosted service model of TaskTrek, you can use the service on quarterly subscription basis and all the data will rest on our secure servers. The data will be protected, maintained and all upgrades provided by us (Loginworks Softwares) to our TaskTrek client(s).

Product Model

What is a Product Model?

TaskTrek hosted on your intranet; it gives you full control and freedom to store unlimited data

In a product model of TaskTrek, all client data will be deployed on
client's location or server. This will allow for unlimited storage,
users and more safety of data with the client. The data will be
protected, maintained by the client.

We (Loginworks Softwares) will provide free upgrades and support as a part of the fixed cost in the first year. From second year on, there will be an additional yearly maintenance cost attached for all upgrades and support.

We accept cheque payments or Demand Draft once the invoice is
raised. You can also pay online.

7. What are the requirements for using the hosted service?

All you need is an internet connection and a web browser to get

8. Is the TaskTrek service available on mobile, included in the price plan?

Yes, you can avail the mobile service of TaskTrek and it is included
in the price plan.

9. Is customization possible? Are there any extra charges for it?

Yes, we are very much open to customizations and tuning TaskTrek as per your business needs. If the customization is generic in nature, meaning, also helpful to other existing clients we will not charge anything for it unless it is specific to your line of business and need some amount of considerable planning and effort. The cost for customizations is on case-to-case basis. Reports sections is customized as per client's need free of cost.

10. Are there any benefits of making an advance yearly payment for the Hosted Service Model of TaskTrek?
